CNVP’s Albania-Montenegro cross-border workshop was held in Shkoder, Albania on 2 November 2017, in order to identify an action programme to improve cross-border cooperation, as well as improve protection of common natural resources and the environment. Attended by leading civil society and non-profit organisations organizations, as well as municipal institutions, private entrepreneurs and the university, the event was recorded by Voice of America .
